Roots for the future

In addition to being one of the economic pillars of the local communities in which it operates, LEONI strives to improve the quality of the living environment in them.

So we were very pleased to make our first, youngest and sweetest neighbors happy - the LEONI plant in Kraljevo proudly and joyfully donated 20 linden and oak seedlings to the kindergarten "Ratarska kapija", which is located across the street from our plant and where the children of many of our colleagues go. 

We also donated the frames for garden beds, because they want to create a vegetable garden in this kindergarten from next spring. A group of our employees joined the event and socialized with the children.

We made an effort to buy quality perennial trees, which should guarantee that they will take root successfully in the new terrain. We believe that already in the spring they will look forward to the first green leaves, and in a few years this yard will become a real forest - a place of play, laughter and learning.

LEONI thanks the city of Kraljevo for its support in the implementation of this action: the mayor of Kraljevo, the Mayor's Affairs Department, PUK Čistoća - RJ Zelenilo, who provided us with expert supervision and technical assistance during planting, as well as the JP for arranging construction land.
