To promote a culture of quality, encourage the exchange of knowledge and experience, and inspire employees to continuously improve processes and collaboration in our plants, we organized a Quality Day.
Quality Day was marked with 9 thematic workshops covering key areas of quality, 18 internal projects were presented demonstrating the application of quality principles in daily work, and over 150 feedback comments from participants were collected in 3 days. These will be analyzed and used for further improvements.
Numerous employees from different sectors took part in this event and, according to their impressions, the event was inspiring and provided many new learnings.
- “During the day, various activities were organized at several stands in production, so we could all participate. The most interesting were the games designed to be fun, but also to teach us something new about quality,” commented employees.
Ivan Stanković, Head of Quality Management & HSEE Serbia, said he was satisfied with the results achieved and hopes that next year there will be even more participants and ideas leading to continuous improvement.
- “For us, Quality Day was not just an event – it was an opportunity to strengthen motivation and awareness about the importance of quality in every aspect of our work. Open discussions, inspiring presentations, and teamwork remind us that quality begins with each of us and connects us as a team,” said Stanković.
