Kraljevo brought together LEONI experts from across Europe to jointly address material consumption in production processes.
LEONI Serbia and its Kraljevo plant had the pleasure of hosting colleagues from Germany, Ukraine, and Romania at a workshop dedicated to the management and optimization of material consumption in the production of wiring systems. The event also brought together local experts, with colleagues from the Kraljevo plant actively contributing as hosts and participants.
The workshop was moderated by Selina Lang, Global Project Manager, and gathered specialists from production engineering, wiring system design, OPEX, VAVE coordination, and quality. This multidisciplinary setup enabled a comprehensive approach to the topic and encouraged an open exchange of experiences and best practices across locations.
A particular highlight of the workshop were two shopfloor tours, where discussions gained a practical dimension—demonstrating that the most effective solutions are always validated where the process truly takes place.
Such gatherings reaffirm that continuous improvement is not an individual effort, but a shared process built on learning, collaboration, and a strong commitment to quality.
